STANDARD TENT FLY IS INCLUDED IN WILDERNESS TENT PACKAGES.

HOWEVER, A CUSTOMER CAN UPGRADE TO AN 8' EXTENDED FLY FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST.

Extended fly upgrade prices only apply when upgrading to the extended fly in a wilderness tent package.  Normal extended fly prices will be charged if not upgrading to an extended fly in a wilderness tent package. 

EXTENDED FLYS ARE DESIGNED ONLY FOR WILDERNESS TENTS.

Extended fly adds 8' length to a normal size fly for your tent.  Provides a shaded and protected area to front of tent.

8X10 extended fly will have 2' extension to rear of tent and 8' extension to front.

8x10 will have 1 foot overhang on stove tent side and 3' overhang on other side.

8x10 extended fly is the same as a 10x12 extended fly, that is why there is additional extension to back and additional side overhang. 

You will need a 2 rafter angle kit or 3 rafter angle kit to support the extended fly.

2 rafter angle kit ( six 4 ways) is sufficient if you have vinyl corners to connect tent frame to extended fly frame.

3 rafter angle kit is required if you want a separate frame for the extended fly.
